Steve nominated best ‘Complex Buy to Let’ broker 2022
Yes! It is with great pride we share that our Buy to Let and Residential specialist, Steve Walker, has been shortlisted for ‘best Complex Buy-to-Let broker’ in the incredibly prestigious and much heralded British Specialist Lending Awards 2022.
A huge honour for both The Buy to Let Broker and Steve personally – a well-deserved nomination. Steve joined the team back in 2017 and has since become a firm favourite with clients. Bringing with him an already impressive background in the financial sector, having previously worked in the Barclays Premier team, Steve truly excels when it comes to adding value to complex transactions, structuring commercial property opportunities, and securing finance for landlords and developers alike, always going above and beyond.
The whole team are truly thrilled that he has been nominated for the award and we now hope he follows in the footsteps of fellow team member and colleague Duncan, who was crowned the winner of ‘Best Buy to Let Broker’ in the British Mortgage Awards back in 2020.
Joined by the industry’s finest brokers, lenders and leaders, the winner of this year’s Complex Buy to Let award will be announced at the British Specialist Lending Awards ceremony at the Hilton Bankside in London on 22 September.
