We’ve Won Best Broker for Buy to Let Again!
We only went and did it again! We are made up to share that the team has been awarded The Landbay Award for Buy-to-Let Broker of the Year at the prestigious Mortgage Introducers Awards for the second year running.
Voted for by industry peers and colleagues alike, after being nominated for the award in September, the illustrious ceremony was held at the Royal Lancaster London on 28 November 2023 to announce the winner.
Suited and booted, Director Matthew Rowne and Sales Manager John Kefford attended the event and were thrilled to accept the award on the team’s behalf.
Accepting the award, Director Matthew commented:
“Winning this award feels fantastic. It has been an incredibly difficult year for our industry and our team has worked incredibly hard and I believe added real value in what has been a really difficult year for landlords and lenders in our industry.
I think the key to our success has been collaboration, collaboration with landlords, collaboration with lenders and collaboration with solicitors as well and trying to make sure that specialists work together in terms of finding solutions for landlords in a more holistic way. But it has been incredibly hard, I feel this is for the team and not for us.”
