Here’s a little more about Louie…
Louie joined us with a unique background spanning property management, lettings and residential sales before finding a natural home in specialist mortgage finance, spending three years at Aria Finance and progressing from Case Processor to Mortgage Adviser – and becoming CeMAP qualified.
As a result, Louie has a deep understanding of both the asset and the deal behind it – a unique skillset when it comes to structuring the kind of complex cases we work with and has built a strong track record across HMO, MUFB, portfolio buy-to-let and commercial transactions.
Away from his desk Louie is no stranger to a challenge, having spent seven months travelling across Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand – with the occasional skydive to go with it. A competitive go-karter in his teens, that same drive (pun intended) now finds an outlet on the tennis court most weekends.
