With a never-wavering smile and the dedication of a warrior, our team leader Sarah is the linchpin to our case management team.

Hailing from an extensive background in both customer service and leadership, Sarah joined the company in 2018 having worked in the financial sector for over a decade.

Having finely tuned her team leader skills in her previous role as customer service team leader for national insurer, PaymentShield, Sarah quickly became a much-loved member not only with the team but with clients, lenders & conveyancers alike.

After just a few months with the company, thanks to Sarah’s dedication and clear talent, she was quickly promoted from case manager to team leader.

Overseeing and motivating our busy case management team on a daily basis, whilst simultaneously managing her own caseload, she is the definition of the perfect multi-tasker. Taking each and every challenge in her stride, she is pro-active, knowledgeable and ever praised by her happy clients.

In her spare time, Sarah is a true fitness junkie, with early morning workouts and lunchtime PT sessions to keep active. She also enjoys weekend walks, watching her favourite TV series, eating out and, weather permitting, the odd G&T in her beautiful garden bar.

Ashley joined our merry band of detail checking case managers having previously worked in the financial sector for several years.

Originally from Lancashire, Ashley started her career as a residential estate agent, quickly getting to grips with all areas of the property buying process. Strengthening her knowledge in the financial sector, Ashley went on to gain hands-on experience in the equity release realm, working with brands such as More2Life and Key.

Super target driven and detail-oriented, Ashley is happiest when smashing goals and client expectations. She is hard-working, diligent and a real asset to our case management team.

At home, Ashley is devoted to her two adorable rescue Shih Tzu dogs – Izzy & Dizzy and spends most weekends taking them for long walks on the beach or through the local forest. When not cooking up a vegetarian feast in the kitchen, she also enjoys a good glass of Pinot Noir or Pinot Grigio but admits she is also occasionally partial to a good cocktail.

Originally from Liverpool, Aimee originally joined our team of tip-top administrators bringing with her an impressive background in case handling and customer service.

Having previously worked for over eight years as a case handler for financial institutions Barclays and CYBG (Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank), followed by over two years for British online retailer Very in a range of areas such as complaints, insurance and data protection, Aimee had a fantastic foundation to launch her buy to let career.

Showing a real aptitude for dealing with the intricacies of specialist lending, it came as no surprise that due to her experience and unwavering enthusiasm for delivering customer excellence, Aimee was quickly promoted to the role of case manager. Diligent, hard-working and with a keen eye for detail, Aimee is an exceptional addition to our team and now supports countless landlords with their buy to let goals.

Outside the office, Aimee’s free time is mostly taken up by walks with her two adorable puggles, Bertie and Hugo. If not, she can usually be found faithfully cheering on Liverpool or going out for a cocktail (or five) with her friends.

Lindsay has spent most of her professional life working in finance, beginning her career in banking before taking time out to raise her two children, who are now teenagers. For the past 12 years, she has built a strong career in the mortgage industry, bringing both experience and a personal touch to her work. For more than a decade, she has worked as a case manager, handling a wide range of applications and gaining a deep understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish.

A lifelong Essex resident, Lindsay enjoys balancing a busy work life with time outdoors walking her dog, Nelly, and relaxing with her partner and children. She’s a dedicated West Ham United fan—always up for a match day and a pint in a sunny beer garden. In quieter moments, she loves getting lost in a good psychological thriller.

Nicole was born in Romania and raised in the riverside town of Galați. After five years in the financial world – including a role as a senior underwriter at a specialist car insurance company. Known for her determination and strong attention to detail, Nicole approaches every challenge with focus and commitment.

Outside the office, Nicole is happiest when she’s out on a weekend walk, exploring new places or just enjoying some fresh air. And if there’s pasta involved at any point, even better.
