Our Fees Explained

At the Buy to Let Broker, your initial mortgage consultation is free of charge and without obligation.

For complete transparency, you will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it. We will also discuss and agree any fee with you, prior to submitting any mortgage application.

  • A fee of £750 payable at offer for mortgages.
  • A fee of £1,495 payable at offer for bridging applications.
  • A fee of £1,995 payable at offer for commercial mortgages.

However we know that we may not charge you a fee or may agree a reduced fee as we quote each case based on the individual needs of the case and complexity.

We will retain commission from the lender.

If we charge you a fee, and your mortgage does not go ahead, you will not be eligible for a refund.
