Remembering Our Friend and Director, Matt Hardman

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and director, Matt Hardman. This is a difficult moment for all of us, and we wanted to take the time to reflect on the immense impact he had on our team and our lives.

As many of you know, Matt had been courageously battling cancer for some time. Throughout his journey, he displayed the incredible strength, determination, and resilience that made him such a special individual to all of us. His unwavering commitment to those around him, even in the face of adversity, was a true testament to his character.

But to us, Matt was more than just a leader — he was the heart of our team. His presence was a constant source of encouragement, wisdom, and, of course, wild ideas. It was these ideas, along with his unique approach to leadership, that challenged us all to think bigger and be better. He never let us settle for less than our best.

Over the last 12 years, Matt built more than just a business. He built a culture — one rooted in care, creativity, and collaboration. His passion for what we do, his belief in the people around him, and his bold, innovative thinking have shaped the foundation of who we are today. We are incredibly proud to carry that legacy forward in everything we do.

At this time, we are taking a moment to absorb this news and to support one another as we navigate this profound loss. As we process, we will also begin to think about the best way to honor his memory in a way that truly reflects his impact.
