Here is a little more about Nick…
With over 20 years of experience working in the financial sector, Nick joined the team in 2018 after relocating from rural Gloucestershire.
After undertaking a degree in Economics at Manchester University, Nick embarked on his financial career working with prominent brands including FAF Ltd, First Mortgage Group and Yorkshire Building Society.
During his time at Yorkshire Building Society, Nick undertook several roles including Savings and Mortgages customer service representative, a role in which he gained extensive experience in areas such as Power of Attorneys, Probate, ISAs, mortgage lettings and post-completion mortgage administration.
Thanks to his diligent nature, communication skills and excellent attention to detail, Nick was promoted to senior mortgage underwriter, a role in which he flourished and which strengthened his already impressive mortgage criteria knowledge.
Regularly handling over 80 mortgage applications at any one time and gaining insight into all realms of specialist mortgage underwriting, his role as senior underwriter was the perfect prerequisite for managing multiple complex acquisition applications in his current role as dedicated case manager to senior Buy to Let and Bridging specialist, Duncan.
It is safe to say that Nick is now an integral part of our case management team and his knowledge and support as a whole has been invaluable.
A proud Manchester United supporter, when he is not being kept busy with his two young girls, he enjoys watching the footie or relaxing with a glass of red.
