Here’s a little more about Holly…

With almost 15 years in the mortgage industry (though she’s long since stopped counting), Holly has built a wealth of experience across the market. She began her career as a mortgage adviser within an estate agency, spent six years at Lloyds Bank, and for the past six-plus years has thrived in the whole-of-market broker world. Her expertise spans everything from residential lending to Buy to Let and complex HMO cases — and she has even worked with a number of high-profile BBC clients. 

Away from her desk, life is a lively mix of family, study, and hobbies. A proud mum of two, Holly has completed her Level 2 in Counselling Skills at evening college, finding that her finely tuned listening and communication skills are just as valuable in the broker world as they are at home. 

Outside of work, there’s usually an audiobook playing in the background or a gardening project in progress. She freely admits her “guilty habit” is starting home improvements and not quite finishing them — something her husband has learned to take in stride. 

Home life is happily shared with her husband, daughter, Hagrid the greyhound, and Albus the tortoise — and she’ll confess that the quickest way to win her over is with Chinese food.
